At OnePrint.ai, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced on demand, please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://www.oneprint.ai and any related services operated by ONE PRINT INC. ("OnePrint.ai," "we," "our," or "us").
1. Our Commitment
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.
2. Customized and Personalized Products
Many products offered by OnePrint.ai are created specifically for you based on your selections, uploaded artwork, text, or AI-generated designs. Because these products are uniquely made to your specifications:
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and print-on-demand products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective;
- The wrong item was shipped;
- There is a manufacturing defect;
- The product materially differs from the approved order details due to an error by OnePrint.ai.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for personalized items due to:
- Customer spelling or typographical errors;
- Incorrect uploaded images or artwork;
- Customer-approved design choices;
- Change of mind after production has begun;
- Slight variations in color, size, placement, or appearance that may occur during the printing and manufacturing process.
3. Standard (Non-Customized) Products
For eligible non-customized merchandise, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition;
- The item is returned with original packaging and accessories;
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing our customer support team.
To help us process your request, please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs showing the product and packaging;
- Any other information that may help us evaluate the claim.
Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion: Replace the item; Repair the issue where possible; Issue a partial or full refund; Provide store credit or another mutually acceptable resolution.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Because many products are custom manufactured shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible. Once production, printing, or personalization has started, the order generally cannot be canceled.
OnePrint.ai reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, intellectual property concerns, or violations of our Terms of Use.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days (or longer) to appear on your account after processing.
Shipping charges, expedited production fees, customs duties, taxes, and similar charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by law, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or customized products;
- AI-generated or customer-designed products;
- Digital downloads or digital design files;
- Gift cards;
- Clearance or final sale items;
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
8. Color and Product Variations
We strive to accurately display product colors and images. However, due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, printing processes, and manufacturing tolerances, actual products may vary slightly from digital previews or mockups. Such minor variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return or refund.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. OnePrint.ai is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
10. Intellectual Property and Customer Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded artwork, text, logos, images, or other content submitted for printing does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Orders canceled or rejected because submitted content violates intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our Terms of Use may not be eligible for refund after production or processing has begun.
11. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process and may require additional documentation to investigate the transaction.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
