Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or print-on-demand, additional production time may be required before shipment.

  • Seasonal demand;
  • Inventory availability;
  • Quality control procedures.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We work with reputable shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver your orders. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Typical estimated delivery times after shipment may include:

3. Custom and Print-on-Demand Products

Many OnePrint.ai products are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is placed. As a result:

  • Production and shipping times may be longer than those for standard retail products.
  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments from different production or fulfillment facilities.
  • Customized and personalized products cannot usually be modified or canceled once production has started.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on factors such as:

  • Shipping destination;
  • Package weight and dimensions;
  • Selected shipping method;
  • Number of items ordered.

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided: Delivery may be delayed; Additional shipping charges may apply; The package may be returned to us by the carrier.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the order before shipment, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.

8. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout;
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management;
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly;
  • Contact our customer support team for assistance.

OnePrint.ai is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving carrier-related issues.

If a shipment is officially determined by the carrier to be lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To help us process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the damage;
  • Photographs of the damaged product;
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

10. International Shipping

OnePrint.ai may offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Brokerage fees;
  • Any additional governmental charges associated with importing products into their jurisdiction.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control.

11. Split Shipments

To provide the fastest possible service, orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from different facilities and shipped separately. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries.

12. Risk of Loss and Title

Title to and risk of loss for physical products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
